Obit-Abler, Paul Robert Sept. 18, 1927 - February 6, 2011. Age 83. Was called into the eternal grace and love of his Lord and Father in Heaven on February 6, 2011. He was born in Milwaukee, WI, to Herman and Asella Abler (Helz). He was raised Catholic, attending Marquette High School (1945). Paul married Geraldine Butler (Maddison) in 1949 and became the loved father of four children, Suzanne (Ken) Talatzko, Barbara Abler, Jill Hewitt and Paul (Donna) Abler. He married his second wife, Patricia Frost, in 1968 and together they raised her 5 children, Daniel Frost, Vicky Brain, Thomas Frost, Charles (Patty) Frost and Timothy Frost. Paul is survived by his wife Patricia of 42 years, 9 children, 15 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren with one more on the way, his sister Joan (Dan) Farrel; 12 nieces and nephews; multiple great-nieces and nephews, and cousins including Beatrice. Paul was a dearly loved son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, and friend. His positive attitude, calm presence, and loving walk in this world will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Let us do good to all people... Galatians 6:10. Funeral Mass will be Saturday, March 12, at St. Pius X, 2506 Wauwatosa Ave., in Wauwatosa at 10 AM.
