Patrick H. Clark age 66 of Rockford and formerly of the Prairie du Chien area passed away Friday, August 16, 2013 at his home. He was born July 16, 1947 in Steuben, WI, the son of Louis and Anna (Landon) Clark. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War where he received a purple heart along with other awards for his service. Pat worked in security for a wire manufacturer in the Rockford area.

He is survived by 3 brothers; Richard (Bonnie) Clark of Galva, IL, O.D. (Irene) Clark of Mt. Carroll, IL and Paul Clark of Victoria, IL, 2 sisters; Cathy (Chris Graf) Schiessl of Dubuque, IA and Jean Melvin of Rockford, IL. He was preceded in death by his parents and 3 brothers; Bill, Mike and Lee Clark.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 22, 2013 at 12:00 PM at the Garrity Funeral Home Chapel in Prairie du Chien, WI, with burial in the Hermitage Cemetery in Mt. Hope, WI. Military honors will be accorded by the Prairie du Chien Honor Guard. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10:00 AM until the time of services on Thursday, August 22, 2013. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to St. Jude's Hospital.
