He was a retired packer at the former Mechanicsburg Army Depot and a member of the First Bilingual Christian Church of Harrisburg.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Sara Morales and brother, Jose "Juanin" Arce and is survived by three sisters, Margarita Toro, Harrisburg, Rosa Maria Arce-Gonzalez, Youngstown, OH and Maria Batista, Harrisburg; three brothers, Felipe and Manuel Arce, both of Harrisburg and Rafael Arce, Bowling Green, FL; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11 a.m., in the Fackler-Wiedeman Funeral Home, 23rd and Derry Streets, Harrisburg. Burial in Churchville Cemetery. A viewing will be held on Wednesday from 9-11 a.m., in the funeral home. wiedemanfuneralhome.com
