Wm. Bailey, of Clay Banks, died on Wednesday after a long and painful illness. He was born in the state of Maine in 1814, and was therefore 76 years of age, about twenty-eight of which were spent in this county. He was the father of Mrs. Lydia Lockhart, of this city. The remains were interred in the cemetery at Clay Banks on Friday the 28th ult.
