Orpha Helen Aerts age 80 of Amberg, Wisconsin, completed her journey through life and passed into God's presence on December 7, 2010. At the time of her unexpected death, she was with family and friends. Orpha was born in Algoma, WI on December 6, 1930 to the late George and Esther (Detjen) Anderegg.
She graduated from Algoma High School in 1948.
She married David Aerts in December of 1951.
She was a member of the American Legion #66 and the Red Hatters Club of Athelstane. Orpha enjoyed playing cards, cribbage, golf and was known as a 'card and pool shark' She was also a breast cancer survivor.
She leaves behind four children: Sandy (Curt) Christensen of Colorado; Craig and George of Amberg, WI; Shelley of Marinette, WI;
3 grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband David in 1997.
