Constance Ann Acker, 4, died in a head-on collision on Sunday morning. She along with her parents, Charles R. Jr. and Helen Lucille Hiatt Acker, and a brother, Charles Edward Acker, were killed in the accident. She had one sister, Helen Carol Acker, 6, who suffered from multiple fractures and shock was in critical condition in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie.
