Obit: James R. Ambers, 701 Sixth Street, Frankfort, died at the family residence yesterday morning at 10 o'clock of complications from a year-old illness.
Born in Huntington on January 14, 1880, he was the son of John and Mary Jackson Ambers. In 1910, he married Daisy Toney, who survives. He had resided in Frankfort for the past 15 years.
Surviving with the widow are a son, Orville, of Frankfort; a daughter, Mrs. James R. Everman, also of Frankfort; a step-son, Vern Higer of Kirklin and a brother, Jack of Wabash.
