Douglas Aslinger, 44 of Patton, died Nov. 29, 2005, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis. He was born Oct. 19, 1961 in St. Louis, son of Harold and Shirley Korecky Aslinger.
Mr. Aslinger was a 1980 graduate of Meadow Heights High School.
He was a self-employed off-shore marine diesel technician.
He attended Union Light Church near Marquand, MO.
Survivors include a daughter, Stephanie Aslinger of Patton, MO; his parents of Patton, MO; two step-daughters, Carol Allee and Hallie Stuve of Corpus Christi, TX; a brother, Gene "Poss" Aslinger of Patton, MO; two sisters, Sheila Rehkop and Diana Brewington of Fredericktown, MO.
Friends may call at Wilson Funeral Home in Fredericktown today, and Saturday at Union Light Church. The funeral is Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Union Light Cemetery.
