Dorothy L. (Row) Aardappel of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Bedford, IN, died Wednesday, March 20, 2002, at Community Hospital South in Indianapolis. Born on May 25, 1923, in Terre Haute, IN, she was the daughter of Odos B. and Grace C. (Akin) Row.
Surviving are one daughter, Barbara Reynolds of Omaha, NE; one son, Mike Thurman of Indianapolis; two brothers, Emerson Row of Bedford, IN, and William J. Row of Sommerset, KY; seven grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Eunice Hawkins.
She was a homemaker.
Services for Dorothy Aardappel will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, March 23rd, at the Day & Carter Mortuary. Burial will follow in Green Hill Cemetery.
