Bert Barham Dies March 2
Funeral services for Bert Barham, 71, who died on March 2 at the Veterans Hospital in Cheyenne, will be held at the Mortimore Chapel on Thursday, march 5 at 2 p.m..
Barham, a retired coal miner, had lived in Hot Springs County for 56 years. He was born in Kansas on Feb. 26, 1893.
Barham was a member of the VFW and the IOOF lodge.
He is survived by his wife, Mae of Thermopolis; two sons, Bob of Hamilton Dome and Albert of Dubois; one daughter, Mrs. Jeanie Jacobs of Kaycee; one brother, John of Thermopolis; four sisters, Mrs. Maggie Medsker of Thermopolis, Mrs. Rose Ketzroe of Casper, Myrtle Davis of Cody and Grace Larson of Carlsbad, Calif.
Dan Becker will be the soloist for the service. He will be accompanied by Mrs. Clark Mortimore at the organ.
