Beulah Lucille Fisher was born November 24, 1904 in Hastings, Nebraska; the daughter of A. D. and Laura E. Fisher. She attended school in Nebraska until 1920 when her family moved to Douglas, Wyoming. She graduated from Douglas High School in 1925.
On July 21, 1926 she was married to Elbert Hugh Alexander and lived in the Douglas area the rest of her life.
She was survived by her husband; her mother of Greybull, Wyoming; three sisters, Velma Githens, Greybull; Mrs. Virgil (Luella) Hamblin, Tacoma, Washington; Mrs. Marvin (Iona) Keely of Winfield, Kansas; two brothers, Floyd E. Fisher of Monteque, California and George E. Fisher, Spanoway, Washington.
