Robert Eugene Addington, who lived south of Sheridan and owned and operated Addington's Antiques, 142. N. Main, died Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital in Denver while undergoing heart surgery.
Addington was born Jan. 13, 1924 in Casper. He married Pansy Lee Dunlap Oct. 24, 1949, in Lubbock, Tex., and lived here six years. He owned and operated Addington's Antiques on North Main, was a member of the American Legion, Moose Lodge, the Church of Christ and was a World War II veteran.
He is survived by his widow; children, Frankie Addington, Dallas, Tex., John, Laura and Ted of Sheridan, and Nancy Stockstill of Denver; his father, Frank, of Sheridan; and a brother, Felix Smith of Amarillo, Tex.
Burial will be at the Big Horn Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements and those who wish may donate to the Heart Fund, care of Rose Marie Madia, Bank of Commerce.
