John Adolph Adams, 63, of Park Avenue, died Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2000, from Huntington's disease.
He was born in L'Anse, Mich., and resided in Duluth. He married his soul mate, Loretta Soderlund, in 1963. Loretta passed away in December 1999. He was previously employed by Basche Sage Hardware in Oregon; Airport Limo, Allied Cab, Jeno's, Northland Foods and Sell Hardware in Duluth; and the U.S. Army. He owned J & L's restaurant in Duluth with his wife.
John is survived by sons: Paul, John and James; a daughter, Sandra Tallakson; brothers: Lloyd and Bob; sisters: Nancy (John) Fox and Dorothy (Bill) Christo; and two grandsons.
Burial in Oneota Cemetery.
