In Spencer Brook, Dec. 30th, 1902, Mrs. Fred Moody, at her home, after long illness with consumption.
Annie M. Lowell was born in East Machias, Maine, on November 29, 1877, and was twenty-five years old. She came to Minnesota with her parents, in October 1879, where she resided until the time of her death. Sne was married to Fred Moody June 10, 1893. Deceased left a husband, and five children, Gracie E., Pearlie L., Bessie M. and twins, Vivian M. and Ivy M.
One sad and remarkable incident occured which was the death the of one of the twin babies, that died about two hours before its mother and will be buried with her. This baby has always been a frail child, but has been lovingly cared for by Mr and Mrs Henry Murphy, of Baldwin, who did everything in their power for the little one, while it lived, as it's mother was to ill to care for it.
Mrs. Moody also leaves a father and mother, Mr and Mrs F.A. Lowell of Princeton; also one brother and one sister; Herman Lowell of Wyanette and Mrs Lettie Sherman, of Minneapolis.
The funeral will be held at the Methodist church at Spencer Brook, at 10 o'clock on New Year's day, and the interment will be at the Clough cemetery.
