                    A SAD DEATH

    Mrs. Mary E. Bellmuth Passed Away
            Shortly After Birth of Baby
                    Boy Last Night

From Wednesday's daily.
     Mrs. Mary E. Bellmuth, aged 26, wife of Harry G. Bellmuth, passed away last night from a sudden attack of heart failure shortly after giving birth to a baby boy at a local hospital,
     Her sudden demise is one of extreme sadness and the sympathy of the community is extended to the sorrowing husband and relatives. The little child, their first born, is healthy and strong. The family lived at 312 South Fourth Street. (Brainerd Dispatch, Friday, January 10, 1913, p. 1)

     Mrs. Pat Costello, of Litchfield, N.N.(sic), mother of the deceased Mrs. Harry G. Bellmuth; Mrs. H. G. Schmidt of Superior, Wis.; Mr. and Mrs. Peter J. Wolvert, Miss Ella Driscoll an aunt and Pat Costello, a brother of the deceased, and Harry G. Bellmuth went to Sauk Center this afternoon accompanying the remains. Funeral services will be held there and interment will take place in the cemetery where other relatives are buried. (Brainerd Dispatch, Friday, January 10, 1913, p. 8)

The Stearns County cemetery transcription projects lists a Mary Belmuth (sic), 1888-1913, buried in the Costello family plot in Calvary Cemetery, Section 11, 1 mile east of the Village of Sauk Centre, Sauk Centre Township (the parish cemetery for Our Lady of Angels (Irish) Catholic Church.
