6-30-1974 at night six persons were injured in a two car collision on Hwy. 218, two miles south of Blooming Prairie. Charles Dockham, 70, Austin Rt. 1, and Julie O'Connor, 17, Blooming Prairie Rt. 3, collided at 9 p.m. Sunday. Charles was treated for bruises and abrasions at St. Olaf Hospital and released, but Mabel Dockham, 70, his wife was held for observation and treatment of abrasions, but listed in fair condition. Charles other two passengers sustained a dislocated shoulder and right knee and back pain between them. Charles' 1966 car was a total loss and this incident was investigated by the Minnesota State Troopers.
6-6-1983: He died.
Services held at Crane Community Chapel on Thursday, 6-9-1983 at 10:00 a.m.
The vocal selections were "Amazing Grace" and "Just As I Am".
Interment at Western Franternal Cemetery, Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.

6-30-1974 at night six persons were injured in a two car collision on Hwy. 218, two miles south of Blooming Prairie. Charles Dockham, 70, Austin Rt. 1, and Julie O'Connor, 17, Blooming Prairie Rt. 3, collided at 9 p.m. Sunday. Charles was treated for bruises and abrasions at St. Olaf Hospital and released, but Mabel Dockham, 70, his wife was held for observation and treatment of abrasions, but listed in fair condition. Charles other two passengers sustained a dislocated shoulder and right knee and back pain between them. Charles' 1966 car was a total loss and this incident was investigated by the Minnesota State Troopers.
6-6-1983: He died.
Services held at Crane Community Chapel on Thursday, 6-9-1983 at 10:00 a.m.
The vocal selections were "Amazing Grace" and "Just As I Am".
Interment at Western Franternal Cemetery, Blooming Prairie, Minnesota.
