Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 12, for Mrs. Mildred P. Aldridge, 68, of Bear Branch Road near Winfield who died early Saturday, June 9, at the Maryland General Hospital, Baltimore, following an illness of several years.
She was born in Gist, a daughter of the late Charles W. and Elizabeth Litton Grimes. She was a charter member of the Ladies Auxillary of the Molleville Farm Post #467 and the VFW, Westminster.
Surviving are her husband, Ensor H. Aldridge, two sons, Norman E., Westminster and Charles R. Sykesville, three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
She was burind at Ebenezer Methodist Church, near Winfield, following services at Burrier Waltz Funeral Home. Pallbearers were Arthur Wantz, Herman Muller, Lawrence Ogle, Francis Muller, Leo Vogelsang and Charles Hoff.
