Bertha was the Wife of Max Gore buried in Snelling, Ca.
Bertha was the mother of
Rodger Davis Gore (buried in the Snelling Cemetery)
At her request to her living son she was buried next to her father.
Bertha's Funeral was conducted by her living son-District CHP Captain & local Minister Greg Sanders
as well as some family members & friends gave their respects

Bertha was a member of the Snellings Women' Club - Snelling Rebekah Lodge & California Pioneer's - The early Settler's in her family were known to be some of the Founding Father's of Merced County.

Bertha & her husband Max were long time business owner's in Snelling, Ca. G & H Auto Service/Machine & Welding also a Gas Station w/ a Bait & Tackle - They also owned and operated a Custom Harvest Business in the Snelling/Hopeton area for years.

Bertha's Family owned & operated a Cheese Factory * Saloon* General Store* Freight Business* Barber Shop* Café* Blacksmith Shop*Ranching In Hopeton, Ca. from the mid 1800's to the 1900's
