|Birth: ||Oct. 21, 1910|
William's obituary was generated from the town of Lafayette. The notice indicated that services were to be held at "Chapel In the Valley." No cemetery name was listed. Linday Guynup Dewey checked with Evergreen cemetery. William is not buried in the cemetery. Further research needs to be done to locate his remains.
He worked as the superintendent of the Howard Terminal for thirty years. William was survived by his widow, Dorothy, and the couple's three sons: William O., Timothy, and Norman Albert.
William was the son of Grace Mae Ross and Mathew McGee. He appears to have been adopted by her second husband, Owen W. Albert. His brother Jack Albert of San Leandro also survived William. Both birth records are under the McGee surname, but death records are under Albert.
