David Floyd Baugh, Jr., 68, of Martinsville, passed from this life on December 14th, 2013 at Indiana University Hospital in Indianapolis.
He was born on July 5, 1945 in Bloomington, Indiana to the late David Floyd and Oneta (Deckard) Baugh.
Mr. Baugh was a graduate of Center Grove High School with the class of 1963 and of the General Motors Institute in 1968; receiving his degree as a Mechanical Engineer. After several years of employment, he retired from Cummins, Inc. in Columbus, Indiana.
He married Harolda R. (Cragen) Baugh on October 8, 1966 at Bluff Creek Christian in Greenwood, where he was a longtime member.
He will be sadly missed and always remembered by his loving family including his wife Harolda R. Baugh of Martinsville; son, Aaron David Baugh (wife, Kathy) of Zionsville; daughters, Betsy Ann Baugh and Abbie Lynn Butterfield (husband, Bill) of Martinsville and Katie Jo Edmondson (husband, Mike) of Indianapolis; sister, Ann Jones (husband, David) of Fort Wayne and grandchildren, William and Hannah Butterfield and Ellie and Max Edmondson.
Family and friends are invited to visit on Tuesday, December 17, 2013 from 3:00-8:00 pm and Wednesday, December 18, 2013 from 10:00-11:00 am at Neal & Summers Funeral & Cremation Center in Martinsville. A service celebrating his life will begin at 11:00 am Wednesday at the funeral home and burial will follow in Bluff Creek Cemetery in Greenwood.
