She was born in Mapleton 11-1-1911 the daughter of Elwell and Georgia (Buck) Knapp. She was a hostess at the Northeastland Hotel for 32 years. She attended the United Church of Christ in Presque Isle. She is survived by several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Wallace Adams, 2 sons, John Wallace Adams and Frederick Raymond Adams, 2 brothers, Cleveland Knapp and Wendell Knapp, and a brother in law, Charles Adams. Interment Fairmount cemetery.
