Cora Abrams married 1st, Charles T. Westcott Jr, in Boston, MA on April 16, 1900. [Note: City of Boston Marriage Registration record shows his last name as "Wescott" and hers as "Abrahams"] They had one daughter, Ferebe Van Dyke Westcott, b. 02 Feb 1901. Ferebe was briefly AKA Eleanor Van Dyke Adams.

Charles T. Westcott and Cora Abrams Westcott separated in May of 1910. Cora Westcott moved to what was known as the divorce colony, Reno, NV in 1911 to establish residency for divorce & was granted a non-contested divorce on August 26, 1911. In August of the following year, she married Capt. Laurence S. Adams in Maine. He had also divorced his first spouse in 1911. Cora and Laurence had one child together, Frederick Phelps Adams.

Announcement from the Army-Navy Register from 1912 shows:

"Mrs. Joseph Abrams, of Shepherdstown, W. Va., has announced the marriage of her daughter, Mrs. Cora Isabel Westcott, to Naval Constructor Laurence Stowell Adams, U. S. Navy, on Aug. 21, 1912. The ceremony took place at Winthrop, Me., and was performed by the Rev. George C. De Mott, of Bath, Me., after which Naval Constructor and Mrs. Adams left for an extended wedding trip in Canada. After their return they, together with Mrs. Adams' little daughter, will reside in Bath, Me., where they have taken a house, No. 995 Middle street. Naval Constructor Adams is on duty as superintending constructor at the Bath Iron Works."

Cora's daughter, Ferebe, married first, Guadagno Donato Guadagni, aka G. Donald Guadagni (#147452362), in 1926 & they lived in Boston, MA. Like her mother, Ferebe Westcott Guadagni was granted a divorce from her first husband in Reno, NV, on 01 August 1931 after she established residency at the Anderson Hotel in Reno. She was married a week later to William E. Burdick of Stratford, CT, on 08 August 1931 in Rye, Westchester County, NY. William Ethan Burdick was a test pilot who was b. 01 June 1905 in Munroe, Wis., to Maud Howard & Geo. F. Burdick. [Source: Marriage license] Ferebe Burdick died in Long Beach, California, in March, 1968. Burial place currently unknown. William Ethan Burdick (#166088815) died in 1994.
