Carole Ann Chambers, 61, of Greenview, Boone County, entered into heaven at 1 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 2010.
Born March 27, 1948, in Madison, she was the daughter of Harold Scragg of Greenview and the late Gladys Mae Thurmond Scragg.
In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Edgar of Greenview; daughters, Susan Adkins of Danville and Gail Miles of Charleston; sister, Brenda Miller of Florida; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Monday, Feb. 8, at Stevens Funeral Home, Madison, with Roger McCauley officiating. Burial will follow in Elkins Cemetery, Hewett.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
