Sergeant Shaun Reed Adamson born on September 16, 1959 and son of Howard and Karma Adamson died at home on March 17, 2002.

His four sons, Colby, Jeremy, Justin, and Brandon survive him.

He is also survived by his father, Howard B. Adamson of Milburn, Utah and his six brothers and sisters: Kathy Beck, Jim Adamson, Kendall Adamson, Rachelle Beardall, Debbie Murdock, and D. J. Adamson.

His mother Karma Adamson preceded Shaun in death.

In his three years of service with the Bannock County, Idaho Sheriffs department and 18 years with the Utah County Sheriff's department Shaun served on patrol, created the Utah County K-9 patrol, served as a deputy in the county jail, as an undercover drug officer, Sergeant of the Swat Team, and was currently serving in the warrant division at the time of his death.

Shaun was a friend to all and a servant to many. Shaun's greatest joy was to make everyone smile and feel good about themselves.

As a dedicated father, brother and friend, Shaun will be sorely missed.
