She was born Dec. 10, 1947, in Port Angeles, Wash., to Larry B. and Bonita Joy (Whitney) Saylor. She lived in Castle Rock for five years, graduating from Castle Rock High School in 1966.
She married Robert Fogelman in Seattle. They later divorced.
Ms. Fogelman was a certified nurse's assistant and worked in home health care.
She is survived by a daughter, Erica Emmons; a son, Robert Fogelman III; four sisters, Mabel Thomas, Anna Boland, Ellen McCutcheon and Jamie Stanton; a brother, Victor Saylor; and four grandchildren.
A graveside service was held July 8 at Oak Point Cemetery.
