Funeral for Doris I. Betz, 87, will be Saturday at 1:30 p.m. at the Cheney United Methodist Church, followed by burial at Lance Hill Cemetery in Cheney. Cheney Funeral Chapel is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Betz, who died Monday, was born in Lebanon, Ore. She had resided on Betz farms outside of Cheney for 47 years.
She was a homemaker and enjoyed gardening.
Mrs. Betz was involved with the Grange and the Cheney United Methodist Church for many years.
