Oda Bargo of Williamsburg, Kentucky departed this life on Sunday, December 23, 2012 at her home. She was 93 years, 1 months, and 24 days of age. She was born on October 29, 1919 in Clay County, Kentucky to the late Robert Jordan and Mary Leath Jordan. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Sidney Bargo; and three grandchildren, Daniel, Courtney, and Ashley Bowman. She was of the Baptist faith.
She is survived by six children, Everett Bargo (Dottie) of Pleasant View, Kentucky, Denver Bargo (Sherry) of Woodbine, Kentucky, Sidney Bargo Jr. (Lorie) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, Elizabeth Broudy (Bruce) of Lexington, Kentucky, Lola Greeg (Roger) of Williamsburg, Kentucky, and Carolyn Bowman (GB) of Pleasant View, Kentucky; grandchildren, Randy Bargo, Dennis Bargo, Donnie Bargo, Damon Bargo, Denver Bruce Bargo, Shannon Bargo, Sid Bargo, Rena Rose, Andrew Greer, Rebecca Broudy-Shooter Joseph Broudy, Rachel Broudy, Anna Broudy, and Chase Bowman; seventeen great grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Visitation will be from 12:00 P.M. until the funeral hour on Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
The Funeral Service will be at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, December 26, 2012 at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Randy Bargo and Rev. Harold Long officiating. She will be laid to rest in the Whitley Memorial Gardens.
