Matilda Ann "Pat" Cox, 93, Gracey, died at 3:55 pm Wednesday at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Hopkinsville, following a short illness.
Services will be at 10 am Saturday at Goodwin Funeral Home, with the Rev. Harold Rose officiating and burial in Lander Cemetery, Christian County. Visitation will begin at 4 pm Friday at the funeral home.
A native of Christian County, Mrs. Cox was born Oct 2, 1897. She was a member of Buffalo Lick Baptist Church, Trigg County. Her husband, Harold Cline Cox, died in 1966. An infant child also preceded her in death.
Survivors include a son, James Harold Cox, Trigg County; a daughter, Mrs. Elton (Pearlie Mae) Hancock, Christian County; a sister Virginia Mitchell, Owensboro; and eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and six great great grandchildren.
