TODD E. ADAMS, age 71, Hopi Drive, Cynthiana, Kentucky, died Sunday, June 24, 2007, at his residence. Born in Harrison County, Kentucky, on January 21, 1936, to Ohna Robinson Adams of Cynthiana and the late George Adams, he was a former General Motors employee, owner and operator of Todd’s BP Service Station and a member of Oakwood Baptist Church.
Besides his father, he was preceded in death by a brother, Marshall Adams. Besides his mother, he is survived by: his wife, Fern Ruf Adams; three sons, Joseph Todd (Barbara) Adams, of Dry Ridge, Gary Wayne (Ann) Adams, of Walton, and Harold Marshall Adams, of Memphis, Tennessee; two daughters, Brenda Ruth (Kenny) Higgins and Linda Elaine (Nathan) Harney, both of Falmouth; a step-daughter, Rae Jean (Mike) Thompson, of Mountain Home, Arkansas; a brother, Harold (Delores) Adams, of Mt. Olivet; four sisters, Faye (Todd) Shelton, of Florence, Lois (Jimmy) Stull, of Peach Grove, Elaine Melino, of Boston, Massachusetts, and Kay Adams, of Paris; 23 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday at Ware Funeral Home by Bro. Mike Hays and Bro. Jerry Watkins. Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in Battle Grove Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of the Bluegrass.
