HERTZ, IRWIN "BUD," 74, of Clearwater, died Saturday (Jan. 3, 2004) at home. Born in New York City, he came here in 1978 from Westwood, Mass. He was the owner of Hospital and Physician Credit Corp. in Boston, and locally, before retiring, was regional manager for a medical records company for 15 years. He was captain of the Clearwater Volunteer Police Department. He was a Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 39 years, Barbara R.; a son, Michael, Norwell, Mass.; three daughters, Amy Hertz, Largo, Carole McGowan, Bridgewater, Mass., and Allyson Hertz, Altamonte Springs; a brother, Henry, Tamarac; and four grandchildren.
