James J. Arnone Sr., 80, of Plantation, Fla, died Sunday at Doctors General Hospital, Plantation. Born in Red Bank, N.J., he resided there for 65 years before moving to Plantation 15 years ago. Mr. Arnone was employed as a cloth cutter by the Eisener Manufacturing Company, Red Bank, for over 20 years. He was a member of St. Anthony's Church, Red Bank. Surviving are his wife, Anna Alvich Arnone; three sons, James Arnone, of West Palm Beach, Fla., Anthony Arnone, Plantation, Michael Arnone, Plantation; one daughter, Jo Arnone, of Plantation. Also surviving are two brothers; Patrick Arnone of Vernon, Fla, Michael Arnone of Red Bank; three sisters, Lucy Robson, of Red Bank, Mildred Marks of Red Bank, and Angie Apollo of New York; two nephews, Judge John P. Arnone, Red Bank, and Dr. Michael Arnone, mayor of Red Bank; nine grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
