Clay Douglas Belk Sr., 51, Waynesville, died Sunday at his home. He was born Jan 7, 1945, in Iberia, a son of Henry C. and Zelphia Helton Belk. His mother, Zelphia Stark, survives in Olean. A Navy veteran, he was a member of First Baptist Church, Fort Smith, Ark.

Other survivors include: Two sons, Clay Douglas Belk Jr., and Dennis Joe Belk, both of Pittsburg, Kan.; two brothers, Ronnie Belk, Eldon and Donald Belk, Iberia; two sisters, Virgie Lane, Crocker, and Darlene Crismon, St. Charles; and three grandchildren.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Union Cemetery, near Iberia.
