Born to the late Maude and Jessie Nichols, she was a retired beautician having lived in Beaumont since 1938.
Her husband, Tom Berry preceded her in death in 1993.
She leaves behind her church family at Paradise Primitive Baptist Church; her nieces and nephews; her sister-in-law, Bonnie Nichols; as well as a host of friends.
