Mrs. Myrtle Anderson, 56, a resident of Beaverton Township since 1939, died at her home on Tuesday, January 29. She was born on January 20, 1901, in Pennslyvania, the daughter of Alice and William Kesser. On March 26, 1918, she was married to Archie Anderson in Maryland.
Surviving are her husband, Archie; two sons, Dale of Grout Township and Thomas of Beaverton; five daughters, Mildred Lockert of Waterford, Gladys Killian, Dolores Mitchell and Lois Mitchell, of Beaverton, and Velma Dorsey of Empire; 18 grandchildren; two brothers, William Kesser of Wyandotte and John Kesser of New Milford, Ohio, and one sister, Viola Pilot, of West Virginia.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 2 p.m. at the Beaverton Methodist Church with the Rev. Verne Summers officiating. Burial will be in Dale cemetery. Gladwin County Record dated 01-30/1957 Column - 4 Page - 1
