Mrs. Elizabeth Adams Dies in Port Chester

Mrs. Sireno F. (Elizabeth Woolever) Adams of Rye died Monday (Feb. 12, 1968) in Port Chester Hospital. She was 82.

A native of Dansville she was a daughter of the late Charles and Mary Durr Woolever. She had been a resident of Dansville until moving to Rye in 1965 where she lived with her daughter, Mrs. Albert F. Frederick.

Mrs. Adams was a member of the Dansville Presbyterian Church and the Shakespeare Club. She was a former member of the Opportunity Circle of the King's Daughters.

Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Edwin (Jane) Hall and Miss Frances M. Woolever, longtime society editor of the EXPRESS, both of Dansville; a grandson, Samuel H. Adams, a student in Yale University; nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted today at 11 a.m. in the Baird-Hindle Funeral Home. The Rev. Robert H. McKee will officiate.

Burial will be in Greenmount Cemetery.
