Obituary:
Wilburn E. Ainsworth, 77, died Friday at the Mississippi Baptist Medical Center in Jackson. Services are 2 p.m. Sunday at Marvin United Methodist Church with burial in the Florence Cemetery. Baldwin - Enochs Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
A native of Harrisville, Ainsworth moved to Florence 37 years ago and became a member of the Masonic Lodge and a charter member of the Lions Club. He was also a member of the Marvin United Methodist Church and the Men's Bible Class.
He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Johnnie Ainsworth; daughters, Mrs. Carrie Smith of Bay St. Louis and Miss Liz Ainsworth of Jackson; sons, Mike Ainsworth of Jackson and Gene Ainsworth of Winston-Salem, N.C.; brothers, Roy Ainsworth of Richland and G.B. Ainsworth of Florence; sister, Gertie Ainsworth of Florence; and five grandchildren.
