PAUL DAVID ALLEN , 52, of Claymont Avenue, Hanover Township, passed away Thursday, February 24, 2011, at his home. He was born in Charleston, W.Va., on October 30, 1958, a son of the late Paul Dean Allen and Patricia Eads Allen Hanningan.
He served in the U.S Army and was stationed in Germany.
Surviving are sons, Thomas Ruff, St. Petersburg, Fla., James Allen, McDonald, Pa., and David Allen, St. Petersburg, Fla.; three grandchildren, Max, Dru and Ella; stepsister, Lisa Hannigan; stepbrothers, Anthony and Brian Hannigan; and step nieces and step nephews.
