Besides his wife, he is survived by two sons, Rondo Abel of Jackson and Pfc. Hugh D. Abel who is with the United States Marines in Pacific; two brothers, T. C. Abel of Canton and Henry Abel of New Orleans and three sisters, Mrs. J. H. Steverson of Jackson, Mr. K. W.
