Bart Anderson was born April 13, 1888 at Cokato, Minnesota, the son of John and Anna A. Anderson. He departed this life on March 14, 1966 at the age of 77 years, eleven months and one day. He moved with his family to Massena, Iowa in 1904 and to Wolbach in 1910. He was married to Leona Nestor on June 19, 1934 at Grand Island. They farmed in the Wolbach area.

Mr. Anderson was a member of the Trinity Lutheran Church.

He is survived by his widow; four daughters, Mrs. Virginia Grosch, San Jose, Calif., Mrs. Josephine Knapp, Grand Island, and Sondra and Janet at home; three sons, Arthur, Donald and Victor of Wolbach; one brother, Obel of Porterville, California, one half-brother, Charlie Nelson of Massena, Iowa, and 12 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers and three grandchildren.
