Addison Lela Ainsworth was born and died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2012, at Crittenden Memorial Hospital in West Memphis.
Survivors include her parents, Ronnie Ainsworth and Leslie Stone of Joiner; sisters, Morgan Stone and Greenleigh Ainsworth, both of Joiner, and Lola Ainsworth of Clover Bend; and grandparents, Kathy Boyd of Joiner, Mary Cagle of Lepanto and Barry Cagle of Baltimore.
Services were held in Wilson Funeral Home at Osceola. Burial was in Louise Chapel Cemetery at Joiner. Jonesboro Sun, August 8, 2012.
