28 FEB 2023 SAC to change YOB, with addition of full DOB and link to her father.~Mrs. Martha Ann Crabtree, 66 years old resident of Prairie Grove , but formerly of Cove City, died late Thursday, June 5, 1952 at the home.
She was the wife of B. T. Crabtree, who survives her. Other survivors are four sons. Theodore Crabtree of Prairie Grove . Robert Crabtree of Tulsa, Sam Crabtree of Burkburnett, Texas. and Earnest Crabtree of the home; four daughters, Mrs. Grace Strickland of Prairie Grove, Mrs. Marie Bryant and Maggie Eustis of Chester, and Miss Fannie Crabtree of the home; a brother, Abe Hale of Tucson, Arizona; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Crabtree of Tulsa and Mrs. Rosie Underwood of Watts, Oklahoma; 37 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
The funeral service was conducted at 2 o'clock Saturday afternoon at the Kimbler cemetery near Cove City. Rev. Walter Cook and Rev. D. Smith, officiated. Burial was under the direction of the Ocker Funeral Home.
