Jack Beeson, 77, of Berryville, AR passed away February 21, 2013. He was born July 27, 1935 in Berryville to the late Fay and Mary Beeson (Stephenson) Maurer. On July 29, 1955 he married Glenda (Warren) and to this union 2 daughters were born. Jack joined the U.S. Air Force in 1952 and retired after 23 years of service. After his retirement he worked for the Carroll County Highway Department and also served as Carroll County Judge. For a number of years Jack played guitar at Pine Mountain Jamboree. In his free time he "stayed busy" from farming, gardening and remodeling to whatever he could find to do. He enjoyed anything to do with tractors and road construction He was a member of Green Forest Assembly Of God. Jack is survived by his wife, Glenda Beeson of the home, daughters, Johnna Snow and husband Eddie of Berryville, Jacque Phillips and husband Ron of Berryville, sister, Doris Richard of St. Louis, brothers, Bill Beeson and wife Sandy of Berryville, Harold Beeson of Fenton, MO, Rick Beeson and wife Jane of Fenton, grandchildren, Jordan Snow and wife Leah of Paris, AR, Jared Phillips and wife Natasha of Berryville, Dalton Snow of Berryville, granddaughters, Ronnel Jeppsen and husband Matt of Siloam Springs, Aubree Snow, great-grandchildren, Sean Jeppsen, Jarika and Brooke Phillips and Chloe Snow also one brother-in-law, Gene Warren and wife Lorelei of Floral, AR, several nieces, nephews and a host of friends. Besides his parents Jack was also preceded in death by one infant sister, Carolyn Sue Beeson. Celebration Of Life was 11:00 AM Monday, February 25, 2013 at Green Forest Assembly Of God with Pastor Mark Bryant officiating. Interment was at Farmer Cemetery with Military Honors by Rogers VFW Post #3031. Visitation was 2-4 P.M. Sunday, February 24th at Smith Family Funeral Home in Green Forest.
