Henry Alonzo Audas was the son of William and Elizabeth Audas; husband of Mary Jane Brasher Audas; and father of Annie, William, Minnie, Henry, Eliza, Luther, Gus, James, Elsie and Grace.

Henry was a planter and a stockman. He was a Civil War veteran (Union) and a member of the Waldron Baptist Church.
