MENA — Payton Monrow Baugh, 79, of Mena died Sunday, March 20, 2005, in his home. He was born May 22, 1925, in Albion, Okla. He was a member of Church of Christ in Albion, a carpenter and a member of Carpenters Union No. 902 for 51 years, and he served in the Army during World War II.
Funeral will be 1 p.m. today at Beasley-Wood Funeral Home Chapel in Mena with burial at Cherry Hill Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife, Bettye; a daughter, Pat Fish of Mena; three sons, Larry Baugh of Mena, Daniel and Donald Baugh, both of Fort Smith; two sisters, Virginia Perryman of Straford, Okla., and Savella Sutton of Sand Springs, Okla.; a brother, Haskell Baugh of Talihina; seven grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
