I suspect, but do not know for sure, that this is the daughter of Frank D. & Jennie (Horton) Clark.

Most of her vital information is listed as "unknown" on her Death Certificate.

However, according to a posted photo of the tombstone on the memorials of Frank & Jennie, buried in this same cemetery, (posted by Contrib Ed O'Brien) she is buried in the same plot as them, and the year on the stone for her birth appears to read "1889", though the Death Certif says "about 1898". I went with the tombstone, since so much other info was unknown on the certificate.

Additionally, on her Death Certif, she is listed as married, but spouse's name unknown; and her Death Certif states that she is buried in Mesopotamia. She is listed as living in Cleveland at time of death. Informant is listed as "Commitment Cuyahoga Co." with the address of "Cleveland, Ohio"

Above info per Death Certif at Familysearch.org as well as a tombstone photo posted by Contrib Ed O'Brien
