Funeral services for Mrs. Jennie Louise Alexander, 63, were conducted at the Wilson Baptist Church last Friday by Rev. A. F. Muncie, pastor.
Mrs. Alexander died at her home in Wilson after suffering a heart attack. She was born in Tunica, Miss., but had lived in the Wilson Community for the past 45 years.
She leaves a son, H. D. Alexander of Wilson; five daughters, Mrs. Walter Keltner, Mrs. Edward LaRue and Mrs. Russell Nash all of Wilson, Mrs. Leslie Nichols of West Memphis and Mrs. Gleen Wheeler of Hartford City, Ind.; two brothers, Robert C. Kinney and Harry Kinney of Memphis; a sister, Mrs. R. A. Gibbs of Earle, 14 grandchildren and one great granddaughter.
Pallbearers were Isaac Alexander, Henry Stephens, A. Brigance, Owen Lightfoot and H. G. Gates. The Swift Funeral Home of Osceola was in charge with burial in the Bassett Cemetery.
