He was born in Jenkins County and was a retired farmer and school bus driver. He was a member of Elam Baptist Church.

SURVIVORS: a daughter, Martha A. McMillan of Millen; a brother, Ira Edward Aaron of Athens; and a granddaughter, Carla M. Bray of Winter Springs, Fla.

VISITATION: until noon today at Crowe-Fields Funeral Home, Millen.

FUNERAL: 2 p.m. today at Elam Baptist Church, burial in Elam Cemetery in Millen.
