Frank L. Black of Alexandria, died Wednesday afternoon at his home after an illness of one year. He was born February 10, 1860 in Hartslog Valley the son of James and Annie Laird Black, both deceased. He married Miss Elizabeth Isenberg, November 10, 1892, at Boalsburg. He leaves his wife and the following children: Mrs. R. H. Tussey, of Altoona; Mrs. A. E. Harnish, of Waterstreet; Mrs. A. B. McCall and Mrs. R. F. Clark, of Huntingdon; and Norman at home. The following brothers and sisters also survive: Carolline, Annie, Alice and Wallace of Hartslog Valley, Daniel of Huntingdon, and Harry of Altoona. Four grandchildren also survive. He was a member of the Presbyterian church at Alexandria.
Funeral services will be held at the home on Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and burial will be made in the Presbyterian cemetery at Alexandria.
