Kenneth Clyde Blan was the son of William David & Nora Clementine (Woods) Blan. He had one sister, Lillian Irene Blan; one half-brother, William Chester Bland, whose mother was Luna (Nixon) Blan; and eight half-siblings, Elza T., Lee Vern, Ollie, Willy Ray, Lois Edna, Buster, Zelma, and Vernon Leroy Blan, all whose mother was Martha Jane (Decker) Blan.
Kenneth Clyde married Eddie Belle Ingram on 3 Aug. 1929, in McCurtain, Oklahoma and together they had 9 children; Kenneth Dupree "KD", Joe Robert, Billy Gene, Joyce Gwen, Marcus Lee "Pep", Nora Belle, James Harvey, Michael Ray, and Naomi Ruth.
Kenneth & Eddie Belle were longtime residents of the McCurtain, Oklahoma area. They were instrumental in the extablishment of the Full Gospel Tabernacle in McCurtain, Oklahoma, where Kenneth pastored for a number of years.
Kenneth Clyde from about the age 14 was a coal miner until he retired; after which, he worked for the Haskell County as a truck driver for several years.
