ADAMS, Winfred “Wimpy”, age 89 of Camden, Ohio died Fri. Aug. 15, 2014 at his residence. He was born in Middletown, OH. on April 21, 1925 to Kelly and Dixie (Barker) Adams. He was a 1945 graduate of Gratis High School and spent his life farming in several counties, while also working, then retiring from Diamond National. He was a member of Beechwood First Church of God and a member of the Eden Lodge #147 Oddfellows.

He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Virginia (Hamilton) Adams, daughter, Linda (Harvey) Naylor, Camden, Ohio, 5 grandchildren, Lisa Grigsby, Eaton, Ohio, Lora (Charlie) Bryant, Stanford, KY., Larry (Fran), of Germany, Scott Naylor, Germantown, Ohio, Kandi (Steve) Perry, PA., 11 great grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, sister, Wanda (Art) Sloneker, Middletown, Ohio

He was preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Creston Adams and Eddie Adams.

Viewing will be held on Monday, Aug. 18, 2014 at the Beechwood First Church of God, at 12800 State Route 122 from 5:00 to 8:00 P.M. Funeral services will be held at the church on Tues.
